Bonnie Burns

Bonnie Burns currently serves as our Manager of Human Capital Services for The Bowen Group, delivering career management/talent development and readiness programs to the military community. She specializes in talent and organizational development, professional coaching, training and facilitation, benchmark studies, and job competency development and analysis. Bonnie’s talent helped shape job competencies across 20 Communities of Interest for civilians serving the U.S. Marine Corps, and her expertise was invaluable in the creation of the Strategic Plan for the Civilian Marine Campaign Plan. Bonnie also serves as a lead trainer for Bowen’s Mentor Coach Training Program for military service providers, veterans, and family members. Bonnie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional. When she is not working, Bonnie can be found performing volunteer work with her church, school and various other organizations, and spending time with her family, as well as her dogs, Phil, Walter and Norman.
